Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
From time to time, MOIRA may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.

You can track your order through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

MOIRA Feel The Luxury India Private Limited will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.

International Shipping

Currently, MOIRA ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
