Due to the hygienic nature of haircare and personal care products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Shipping Policy for Returns
