Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs earlier.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation by MOIRA

MOIRA Feel The Luxury India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances including product unavailability, payment authorization failure, incorrect pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

If an order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non■Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
